1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Certain items (e.g., sale items, swimwear, jewelry) may be non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product).

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
